For over a decade, Ariana has had a successful career in the hospitality/meetings industry with various leadership roles in client servicing, account management, and business strategy. She has supported and consulted for Fortune 500 companies globally such as Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Google, Disney/ESPN, Willis Towers Watson, Subaru, just to name a few as their trusted advisor, strategist, and consultant.

Today, Ariana utilizes her well rounded experience with a particular focus on strategic planning, thought leadership, communications, technology, and project management within her organization. She has been a trusted advisor for not only her clients but her colleagues and participated in various mentorship programs over the years. She has an innate ability to lead with vision, see the big picture with an innovative mind, and promote positivity. Given this, she is often relied upon to help her colleagues, family, and friends navigate their career paths.

Ariana is a graduate of Temple University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the School of Tourism & Hospitality Management. She has also received her Master of Business Administration from Rosemont College. She lives with her family in a suburb outside of Atlanta, GA . She is an avid traveler, foodie , and positive soul.
